Hello! I’m Tiffany Sobella, and personal training is my true passion. There is truly nothing more rewarding than watching my clients experience the joy and remarkable physical and mental transformations that come with dedication and hard work. It’s a privilege to be a part of their fitness journey and to witness firsthand the positive changes they achieve, not only in their bodies but in their mindset and overall well-being.

With over 20 years of experience as a group fitness instructor, I’ve had the opportunity to inspire and guide countless individuals toward healthier, more active lives. In 2020, I expanded my knowledge and expertise by becoming a certified personal trainer. Since then, I’ve been awarded the 2025 Readers Choice Personal Trainer of the Year and continued to enhance my skill set through certifications from some of the most respected organizations in the fitness industry, including the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I also hold specialized certifications in Nutrition, TRX, kettlebell training and I am a certified Les Mills group fitness instructor.

For me, fitness isn’t just about physical appearance or achieving a specific weight goal—it’s about fostering overall health and wellness, which I believe are some of the most important aspects of life. I am deeply committed to helping people find their inner strength, improve their health, and feel their absolute best, both physically and mentally. Every workout is an opportunity for growth, and every small victory adds up to create lasting change.

In my approach to personal training, I focus on creating personalized, engaging, and challenging programs tailored to each client’s goals, abilities, and needs.
